This program assists buyers that have minor challenges, which are holding them back from purchasing a home. If all challenges can be taken care of within 2 years, then this  program should be successful. While completing the rental process, the buyer/tenant will be responsible for clearing challenges which may require the tenant/ buyer to stay in contact with their lender on a regular basis to receive financial guidance when needed.

Rent to Own Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement

The “Recipient” hereby agrees that all financial, business ideas, other “Information”, etc that has and will receive concerning this rent to own program and it's affiliates is confidential and will not be used by any individual or entity without prior written consent. The information and business ideas shall remain the property of Amber Cruz and Recipient.  This agreement also acknowledges that this notice serves as a non competing agreement should any discussed ventures. Recipient acknowledges that no remedy of law may be adequate to compensate Amber Cruz for a violation of this Agreement and recipient hereby agrees that in addition to any legal or other rights that may be available in the event of a breach hereunder, Amber Cruz may seek equitable relief to enforce this Agreement in any Court of competent jurisdiction.
